If you're not completely happy, you may return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. It must also be in all of the original packaging. We are unable to return any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We do not facilitate any partial returns or exchanges. To complete your return, we require your receipt/proof of purchase. You must include the packing slip as part of your return. Otherwise we will be unable to associate the return to you, and will be unable to refund your purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Use the original packing or a strong corrugated carton and shipping tape to return your package. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage to a returned product during shipment.
Keep a copy of the return shipping receipt for your records. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us why you are returning and if you would like to exchange your items.
If approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and link to a shipping label with address will be emailed to you.
If you’ve met all of our return policy requirements, we will process the refund and send you a confirmation email.
We are only able to credit the original credit card used to make the purchase.
